Name: (l-r) Sarah, Chris & John
From: Peterborough (John & Chris), Toronto (Sarah)
Here to see: System of a Down, Suicidal Tendencies
Comment: John: “It’s great. Even standing in the rain, with everyone covered in mud, everyone’s having a great time.”

Note: Chris said something also, and while the exact wording of it was lost, it’s a valid point and should still be pointed out. The food vendors provided very little in the way of vegetarian cuisine, though what was provided, for my money, was very good. Also, the environmental impact of thousands of plastic beer cups strewn all over the place could ave been avoided. From my perspective, I agree, however I understand the cost issue when it comes to environmentally-friendly solutions as opposed to the cheap and disposable. Still, with the amount of people who are attending the festival, one would think that there could be a solution that bumping up the price per ticket by a couple of bucks per that would offset the cost and prevent the plastic carpet the festival floor seemed to have.
